Wires Project

An animation short following the premise “one sentence animation”, where the whole plot is one sentence long.

This short was my main project while on an exchange semester to Tama Art University in Tokyo. It was set up in a production-pipeline manner, with plot and character design first, then storyboards and animatic, then final animation and sound. My one sentence plot was “A deer girl discovers a factory monster in the woods”, where she digs up wires in her garden that lead back to an abandoned factory that has been taken over by the factory “monster”.
